Netball

Footwork, teamwork and game sense — built step by step.

About the Programme

Netball is a game of precision, movement and trust — and one of the most loved team sports in the country. Because every player depends on her teammates to move the ball, netball teaches connection and communication like few other sports can.

Our programme builds the game from the ground up: footwork first, then passing, shooting and dodging, then the positional patterns that turn seven individuals into a team.

Babies & Crawlers

First sounds, first senses, first friends — for baby and for you.

About the Programme

The first eighteen months are a whirlwind of firsts — and this class is a gentle, joyful space to experience them together. Every session is built around you and your baby side by side: floor-based sensory exploration, music, movement and touch, guided by qualified early childhood development practitioners.

There’s no pressure and nothing to perform. Babies engage exactly as much as they want to, naps happen when they happen, and feeding is always welcome. You’ll leave with a calmer baby, a few new ideas to try at home — and other mums who truly get it.

Toddlers

Big energy, first words, messy masterpieces.

About the Programme

Toddlers learn at full speed — with their whole bodies, usually loudly, and ideally with paint involved. This class channels that glorious energy into movement, music, messy creativity and first friendships, inside a gentle group rhythm of hello circles, activity stations and goodbye songs.

Mums stay and play: sessions are designed for you to join in as much or as little as your toddler needs, with practitioners guiding the structure so you can simply enjoy it. And when the tidy-up song has been sung, the kettle goes on.

About the Programme

Between three and five, children become capable of wonderful things — following instructions, creating with purpose, playing real games together. This class builds school-readiness through play: clever hands, big movements, imagination and the confidence to participate in a group.

It’s also the natural bridge into our Sports Hub: the running, jumping, throwing, catching and balancing fundamentals learned here flow straight into U7 sport at age six.
